At <a href=\"http:\/\/foss-north.se\/2018\/index.html\">foss-north<\/a>, we welcome both new and experienced speakers and work hard to make the experience pleasant to all. We are looking for contents on a wide variety of subjects. Here are some topic ideas to encourage <em>you<\/em> to submit a talk proposal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teach us your favorite tool.<\/li>\n<li>Talk about your pet project.<\/li>\n<li>Talk about your favourite programming language.<\/li>\n<li>Talk about the friends you&#8217;ve made through FOSS.<\/li>\n<li>Talk about a piece of software that you are missing.<\/li>\n<li>Talk about how you organize your work around FOSS.<\/li>\n<li>Talk about why FOSS helps you create your product or delivery your service.<\/li>\n<li>Talk about software licenses.<\/li>\n<li>Talk about software patents.<\/li>\n<li>Talk about how you use FOSS at your school.<\/li>\n<li>Talk about your own FOSS conference.<\/li>\n<li>Talk about anything that you want!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Of course we want your talk to be about free and open source &#8211; that is what foss in foss-north stands for.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/foss-north.se\/2018\/\">foss-north<\/a> strives to gather the best speakers, the best audience at the best location (Gothenburg) for one day each year. This year the event takes place on <strong>April 23<\/strong> &#8211; get your <a href=\"http:\/\/foss-north.se\/2018\/tickets.html\">tickets here<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>It is just <strong>2<\/strong> more days left of the <a href=\"http:\/\/foss-north.se\/2018\/contribute.html\">Call for Papers<\/a>.
